Our Quality Management System, which is ISO9001:2015, AS9120:2016 & ESD S.20.20-2014 certified, is the framework we’ve instituted to maintain the highest levels of quality control and provide world class customer service. Our company values of: Honesty, Hard Work, Effective Communication, Integrity and Customer Satisfaction are the basis which we use to inspire and train our employees to maintain and strive to improve upon our business processes.

As an ISO9001:2015 & AS9120:2016 Certified company, Concord Components, Inc. maintains a Quality Control Manual which describes our Quality Management System, documents our procedures, policies and objectives, and references work instructions and other documents necessary to ensure effective planning, operation and control. This manual is readily made available to customers and other interested parties, who wish to review our Quality Management System.
